Ms. Tidwell is
a franchise consultant affiliated with The Entrepreneur Authority (TEA),
the leading franchise development and franchise brokerage firm
in the country. TEA is the only franchise consulting service
that has the endorsement of the American Association of
Franchisees and Dealers (AAFD).
Ms. Tidwell is enrolled in
the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) program
and he
has come to TEA to work with aspiring "franchipreneurs".
She is a senior executive with a genuine enthusiasm for
helping others attain their career passion.
Ms. Tidwell
has been assisting others by enhancing their income and job
satisfaction outside of the corporate world for over 12
years. She began her career in the traditional workplace as
an assistant to Presidents & CFOs and quickly discovered that
loyalty, in corporate America’s eyes, all too often was a
one-way street, typically providing greater responsibilities
but without commensurate rewards. In 1992, she found her
niche as a entrepreneur, starting a part-time business that
within 6 months matched the income of her fulltime job. She
continued to build her new venture into a multi-million dollar
enterprise, dwarfing her previous W-2 income.
In 2004,
Virginia began to look for a new entrepreneurial pursuit that
would enable her to impact the lives of people who knew it was
time for a career change and were ready to step out, just as
she had. The Entrepreneur Authority was the perfect answer
and the perfect fit. You can expect to encounter the same
level of determination and enthusiasm from Virginia that she
exerted in finding her own career independence, as she assists
you in finding the opportunity that is right for you.
Virginia
attended Illinois State University and is a graduate of the
Franchise Center of Excellence. She also attended the
Franchising Management Certification Program at the University
of Texas El Paso and is currently working on becoming a
Certified Franchise Executive.
She lives in
Allen, TX, with her husband, Bob, and puppy Chip, a Brussels
Griffon. They have four children and 3 grandchildren.
